Updraft Studio may process the following personal data of the user:

• email address;
• information provided when using the personal account;
• information contained in requests, messages, and project-related correspondence;
• information required to place and fulfill an order;
• other personal data voluntarily provided by the user when using the website and interacting with Updraft Studio.

Personal data is processed for the purposes of:

• registering and identifying the user on the Updraft Studio website;
• verifying the email address;
• providing access to the personal account;
• placing, processing, and fulfilling orders;
• reviewing applications for development and other services;
• communicating with the Customer regarding the project;
• agreeing on the scope, time frames, cost, and results of the work;
• entering into and performing contracts;
• maintaining order history;
• storing correspondence and information about completed projects;
• processing user inquiries;
• complying with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.

Updraft Studio may process personal data by automated and non-automated means, including collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision of access, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

Processing is carried out only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

Information provided by the user when creating and managing a project is used to process the application, prepare a proposal, enter into and perform the contract, approve the results of the work, and maintain project correspondence.

The Operator and the Updraft Studio team members involved in fulfilling the relevant order have access to the project information, as does the Customer through the personal account.

Updraft Studio does not transfer personal data to an unlimited number of persons and does not use it for public dissemination without obtaining separate consent to disseminate personal data.

Third-party services may be used to operate the website and fulfill obligations to Customers. Personal data is provided to such services only to the extent necessary for them to perform the relevant functions and in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Services may be paid for through the T-Bank online acquiring system. Payment data is processed by the relevant payment service in accordance with its rules and documents.

Personal data is processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing, as well as for the periods established by the laws of the Russian Federation and by concluded contracts.

Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, personal data is deleted or destroyed unless its continued storage is required by the laws of the Russian Federation or for the performance of an active contract.

The user may withdraw consent to personal data processing by sending the relevant request to hello@updraftstudio.ru.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

Where personal data processing is necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal requirements, or is carried out on another statutory ground, Updraft Studio may continue processing the relevant data to the extent permitted by that ground.

The user grants consent to personal data processing voluntarily by taking a separate action: checking the relevant box on the Updraft Studio website.

The granting of consent may be recorded and stored by the Operator together with the date and time it was granted, the user's email address, and other technical information necessary to confirm that consent was granted.
